UWIRINGIYIMANA Samuel is the Lead Software Developer at Webwise Innovations, where he brings a wealth of experience in IT and telecommunications. Samuel has a strong background in computer science, programming, and networking, with an impressive career that spans several key roles in the tech industry.

Samuel holds an Advanced Diploma (A1) in Information and Communication Technology from Rwanda Polytechnic (IPRC Karongi), where he developed a solid foundation in computer science, programming, and related fields. He also earned a Diploma (A2) in Computer Science from Lycee de Kicukiro APADE, which further solidified his expertise.

His professional journey began as an IT Officer at Hard Work Pays Ltd, where he was responsible for managing the company’s IT infrastructure, installing and maintaining hardware and software, and providing technical support to staff and customers. Samuel’s role also included developing backup and disaster recovery plans and conducting training sessions on IT systems and software for new hires.

Samuel then gained valuable experience as an IT Intern at the Ministry of Local Government (MINALOC), where he assisted in the development and implementation of IT systems and applications. His work involved conducting research on emerging technologies, providing technical support, and maintaining user accounts and access permissions.

In his subsequent roles as a Telecom Field Engineer and IBS Team Leader at TRES Ltd (Trust Engineering Solution Ltd), Samuel successfully installed, configured, and maintained telecommunications equipment. He also provided technical support, managed budgets, timelines, and resources, and led teams to deliver top-notch services that met client needs. His leadership skills were further demonstrated in his role at ETEL Pvt Ltd (Emerald Telecom Pvt Ltd) and Havilah Engineering Group in Ethiopia, where he served as a Telecom Field Engineer Team Leader.

Samuel’s technical skills are complemented by his certifications in Fall Arrest, Rope Rigger, Electrical Safety, First Aid Training, Fire Safety Training, and Risk Assessment Training, which equip him to handle complex technical challenges with a focus on safety and efficiency.
